Bottle Stoppers

My wine bottle stoppers are made from the same porcelain balls that I use for my fan pulls and lamp finials. They are also painted with the same durable glaze that resembles watercolor. I searched for a base or shank that would serve the purpose of sealing a wine bottle as well as look good. These shanks are chrome with rubber washers and they do a great job of sealing the bottle plus they won't deteriorate. The over all length of each bottle stopper is 4 and 1/2 inches. They are quite heavy and feel good in your hand.

I call these 'sputniks'. This one is silver on seaglass but I can paint them with any glaze combination.
This is the 'drip' design. It was hard to photograph but there are three glaze colors dripping down the ball. These are green, blue and cobalt. Let me know if you are interested in other color combinations.
'Spots' - these are green and blue on amber but red and orange on amber look good too or design your own combinations.
'Stars' - these are silver stars on red but you can also order other background colors. I don't suggest gold stars...they clash with the chrome base.
'Stripes' - This is a silver stripe on red. As above, you can order with any background color.
'Yellow daisies on red' - Yellow daisies on orange also available plus white daisies on red.
'Yellow daisies on blue' - White daisies on blue look good too.
'Fish' - Fish can be painted on blue or green.
