Order Information and Form

The order process:  Please fill out the form below and submit it to me.  I will send an e-mail back to you with a total and any questions I might have.  

Payment options:  You can pay by check or Paypal.  The e-mail I send to you will discuss the options.

Custom orders:  The order can be as minor as a different color combination that I don't have pictured or as complicated as a new design.  I can work with wallpaper and material samples or I can design from my imagination.  Minor changes such as color and even some designs from wallpaper can be done without further charges.  If it gets too complicated (such as designing and mailing a sample)  I may have to request a deposit.  Please e-mail me at baumann@mindspring.com with custom request questions. 

Turnaround time:   If I have an item in stock, it can mail out in a few days.  If I have to paint it for you, please allow 2  weeks before mailing.

Shipping:  I ship U.S. Mail.   There is a minimum shipping charge of $3.00.

Returns:  Please e-mail me first then if  for any reason you are unhappy with your order,  return the items within 30 days in the original shipping container and I will replace or refund your purchase minus shipping costs.  The only exception is custom orders which might be TOO custom to return.  It is important to me that you are happy with my art and I will make every effort to satisfy your requests.

Order Discription:

Please list the quantity of each item, image, colors, etc.    If it's a fan pull include the chain color and if you need additional chain.   For switchplates order singles, doubles, triples, duplex outlet, gfi outlet (rocker) or combination single switch and outlet.  Tell me 'left or right' on cabinet knobs such as the fish.

For example:    2 single switch plates- yellow daisy on blue.

                           1 pink hydrangea ceiling fan pull with silver chain.  Send 1 extra foot of chain.

                           3 mermaid knobs  All facing left.  Make one with brown hair, one red and one blonde.
